John-Michael Cross is a Project Coordinator for Climate Lab.  In this role, he develops and updates content, supports outreach and fundraising efforts, and facilitates Climate Lab's relationship with the Climate Institute. He splits his time between the two organizations.

This fall he will be receiving an M.A. in Climate and Society from Columbia University, where he studied the impacts of climate variability and change on society and the environment. Additionally, he focused on climate change mitigation policies and strategies. John-Michael is a former Teach for America corps member in Camden, NJ, where he spent one year each teaching high school math and middle school science.  He earned his B.A. in Public Health from Johns Hopkins University and currently holds a New Jersey teaching certificate.
